Today’s forecast is specific to Catskill, in Greene County:

The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for northwestern Connecticut, western Massachusetts, east central New York and southern Vermont. Thunderstorms are likely Wednesday afternoon and evening. The storms could become strong to locally severe with wind gusts up to 60 mph and hail as large as an inch in diameter. High temperatures will reach around 90 degrees in most valley locations on Wednesday, as well. Dewpoints will be close to 70 degrees. This will translate to apparent temperatures in the mid to upper 90s. It may be prudent to limit outdoor activity during the heat of the day.
