ATHENS / The Village of Athens has issued a snow emergency beginning 10 a.m., Fri., Feb. 8 through Sun., Feb. 3. Snow emergency parking rules are in effect.
HUDSON / The City of Hudson has declared a snow emergency beginning 8 a.m., Fri. Feb. 8. More information on the snow emergency can be found online at the city Web site.
