The Village of Catskill Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing with respect to rezoning West Main Street from Forlini’s at 70 W. Main St. (tax map#172.05-5-11) to Captain Kidd’s at 251 W. Main St. (tax map#172.05-6-57) from ‘R-1 One Family Residence’ Zone to ‘R-3 Commercial Residence’ Zone. The hearing will be held in the Meeting Room of the Catskill Fire Department, 1 Central Ave., Catskill.
