Today’s forecast is specific to Catskill, in Greene County:

The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a Flash Flood Warning for northwestern Connecticut, western Massachusetts, southern Vermont and east central New York, including Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Rensselaer, Schoharie and Ulster counties from late Tuesday night through Wednesday afternoon. Rain is expected to overspread the region from west to east. The rain will become heavy at times late Tuesday. The rain may be accompanied by embedded thunderstorms resultingin torrential rainfall. Rainfall rates of one to 2 inches in one hour are possible in a few locations. This will bring the potential for urban and localized flash flooding. Some small stream flooding is also possible.

Today: Showers likely, mainly after 4 p.m. Mostly cloudy. High near 78. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. Tuesday night, rain and possibly a thunderstorm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. New rainfall amounts between 1 and 2 inches possible. Low around 64.

Wednesday: Rain and possibly a thunderstorm before 1 p.m., then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 5 p.m. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. New rainfall amounts between 1 and 2 inches possible. High near 75. Wednesday night, a chance of showers, mainly before 9 p.m. Mostly cloudy. Low around 57.

1 a.m.: Anna Ialeggio Intolerable Quagmire is a non-linear radio drama about a mythical real estate enterprise: a pyramid scheme and failed land grab which spawns many fables and consequences. The scenes are assembled as a terrestrial radio theatre broadcast and/or presented as an installation using an array of micro-power transmitters playing each scene on loop.
