New York violating own law with lack of ammunition database
Morgan McKay reports at New York State of Politics that New York continues to violate its own law passed in 2013 to create a database that tracking gun ammunition sales. The New York State Police, the Office of Information Technology Services, and the Division of Criminal Justice Services are the agencies Dinowitz wants answers from.
