The GalVan Initiatives Foundation was founded by developers T. Eric Galloway and Henry Van Ameringen in 2011, and it has rapidly acquired several significant Hudson landmarks. Tune in to learn more about those acquisitions, and to hear a larger discussion about the portfolio of Hudson properties owned by GalVan's founders. Tom Swope, executive director of the Galvan Initiatives Foundation; David Marston, First Ward alderman; and Carole Osterink, the writer of The Gossips of Rivertown blog. Founded by T. Eric Galloway and Henry Van Amerigen, the Galvan Initiatives Foundation, Inc. started operation in January 2012. The mission is to promote the quality of life in Hudson by conserving and maintaining buildings of architectural, historic and social significance. The Foundation will also operate a grant-making program and will provide financial support to charitable organizations operating in Hudson.
