Police looking for missing Camphill Ghent man

[caption width="249" align="alignleft"] Photo from The Columbia Paper.[/caption]The Columbia Paper reported State Police were looking for Douglas Fithian, 82, on Aug. 17, after he was last seen at the Camphill Ghent Assisted Living Center, 2542 State Route 66, that day at about 9 a.m. Staff there discovered his GPS bracelet had been removed, and alerted police around 1 p.m.. Mr. Fithian is described as a 5’9” white male, weighing 142 pounds. He was wearing black jeans and a long-sleeve plaid shirt. Fithian may suffer from dementia and may be in need of medication. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the State Police by calling 845 677-7300 or 911. Read the full story in The Columbia Paper.
