The Windham Journal and WRIP are reporting Mitchell Hollow Road off Route 23 in Windham will be closed Aug. 5 from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. as construction crews complete work on State Route 23 and Mitchell Hollow Road. Detours will be set up from Begley Road to Bell Hill Road, and from Mill St. to Vining Road to Siam Road.
