Mar 12, 2014 4:00 am
Rick Karlin is reporting at Capitol Confidential incumbent Regents Wade Norwood, James Cottrell and Christine Cea were re-elected Tues., Mar. 11, to the panel that oversees the state education system. The fourth slot was taken by a relative newcomer to the education field: Sullivan County Lawyer Josephine Victoria Finn. Her bid came amid reports that lawmakers were not happy with the other choices. A slot on the Board of Regents is a voluntary position.
