Kyle Adams reports in The Daily Mail Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp. will begin work on Water St., Catskill, Wed., July 9, to improve its natural gas service to the village. The construction will stretch from the Black Bridge to the staircase entrance of the Greene County Office Building parking lot. The work is expected to take about three weeks. The project is intended to increase reliability for customers on the east side of the creek. The street will remain open but will be restricted to one lane during the construction period.
