In Columbia County, Germantown and New Lebanon schools are delayed two hours, while schools in Hawthorne Valley, Mountain Road, and Taconic Hills are delayed one hour. Germantown schools are delayed due to power outages, and other Columbia County towns are reporting power outages due to the heavy, wet snowfall.
