Legislation requiring working airbags in used cars goes to Cuomo for signature
Nick Reisman is reporting for State of Politics Democratic state lawmakers June 29, called for the final approval of a bill that would require used cars sold by car dealers statewide to contain a working airbag. The measure was approved this year in honor of a Hudson Valley man killed in a car crash at the age of 18.
