Joshua Seguine, 38, of LaGrangeville, had seven sandbar sharks in a basement pool. That elicited another DEC statement. State Environmental Commissioner Basil Seggos said, "harboring and selling protected species for one’s personal financial gain is not only illegal, it’s immoral."
