The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for northwestern Connecticut, western Massachusetts, east central New York and southern Vermont. Thunderstorms are possible all day Thursday, especially between the late morning and early evening hours. Some of the storms may be strong to severe with damaging winds and large hail. The greatest threat for severe storms will be along and north of Interstate 90.
