Matthew Hamilton is reporting at Capitol Confidential new polls in the 19th Congressional District show Zephyr Teachout and John Faso ahead in their respective primary races by double digits. Democrat Teachout leads Will Yandik by 30 points in a Time Warner Cable/Siena College poll of likely Democratic voters. Faso leads Andrew Heaney by 22 points in Time Warner/Siena College's GOP poll. By county, Teachout leads by 43 points in Dutchess and Ulster counties. Teachout also leads Yandik in Columbia, Greene and Montgomery counties, although by a smaller margin. Faso holds a 41 point lead in the Capital Region. Heaney, who lives in Dutchess County, is down just four points in the Dutchess and Ulster counties area.
