Michael Ryan in the Windham Journal reports that after two months waiting, the Windham Town Supervisor Stacy Post continues to deny a FOIL request for a copy of a statement she read into the record at a town board meeting on April 24. Post has changed locks on the doors of the town hall, and last week the board voted to change those locks again, so everyone else could have access too. State police searched the municipal building and Post's house on March 21, seizing a computer from Post's desk.
