Lissa Harris is reporting at the Watershed Post power outages persist in Sullivan and Ulster counties, two weeks after Hurricane Sandy hit the region. According to Central Hudson Gas & Electric, more than 200 households in the Sullivan County town of Neversink, and nearly 400 Ulster County households remain without power. Central Hudson was expected to fully restore Neversink by mid-day Tues., Nov. 13. The utility provided no estimated restoration time for the Ulster County towns of Denning, Rochester and Wawarsing.
