Rick Karlin is reporting at Capitol Confidential for the first time in recent memory, both the state Assembly and Senate have cancelled session on Tue., Mar. 14, due to the weather. Session is scheduled to resume Wednesday. Both houses were poised to pass their one-house budget bills this week.
