Melissa Manno reports for the Times Union that Stewart’s Shops ice cream flavor Peanut Butter Pandemonium was declared the best peanut butter ice cream in North America at the 55th annual World Dairy Expo. Peanut Butter Pandemonium is Stewart’s top-selling flavor. The stop-and-go chain's Mint Cookie Crumble ice cream took second place in the mint category, while Mango Dragon Fruit won third place in the sherbet category, and Salty Caramel finished third among the gelatos. Stewart’s Shops ice cream is made at their plant in Greenfield in Saratoga County with the milk from 20 local family dairy farms. Read more about this story in the Times Union.
