David Lombardo reports for Capitol Confidential that Gov. Andrew Cuomo arrives in Israel June 27 for the third time since he was elected. The trip is being called both a “trade mission,” and a “message of solidarity.” Cuomo is traveling with some of his top aides with public funds, and his three daughters, whose travel expenses are not being paid for by taxpayers.
