The center is to be to be located in a portion of the Community Rescue Squad building, located on Mountain View Road, where the former Copake Police Department used to be. Copake Supervisor Jeff Nayer said last week, the office of state Senator Kathleen Marchione announced the groundbreaking ceremony for the new facility will take place Mon., Jun. 29. Columbia Memorial Hospital has agreed to take on the project. Renovations to the building are expected to cost approximately $700,000.
