Albany busy Wednesday for State of the State

Governor Andrew Cuomo gives the "State of the State" address Wed., Jan. 13 in Albany, with a live webcast, and an assortment of protests and rallies for various causes. Around 10:30 a.m., many groups will protest and rally at the Empire State Plaza, including advocates for a higher minimum wage, and those concerned with environmental issues. At 12:30 p.m., Cuomo gives the "State of the State," where he is expected to outline several proposals for large spending projects. The speech will be webcast at www.governor.ny.gov and broadcast live on WGXC 90.7-FM and wgxc.org.
