Barbara Reina reports in the Register Star two-year-old noise complaints against the Glencadia Dog Camp in Stuyvesant will be heard later this month by town officials. The public hearing follows a May court decision to review a noise violation against the camp issued in 2010. The same court decision also allowed camp owner Will Pflaum to run the business in a residential neighborhood. The hearing is a continuation of Pflaum's appeal from a notice of violation issued by Zoning Enforcement Officer Gerald Ennis. The public hearing will take place Tues., Sept. 18 at Stuyvesant Town Hall. Read the full story in the Register Star.
