Glencadia Dog Camp's Will Pflaum is still fighting to keep his business open. The Stuyvesant canine retreat was open for several years when a few neighbors began complaining about barking. Since then, Pflaum has been before every board in town, the the town has hired a law firm just to work on his cases.
