There are envelopes next to the drop box to fill out so the payment is properly credited. The town of Catskill also has an online and phone payment system for fine collection. Anyone using those services needs the summons or docket number to make a payment. The phone number to call is 1-888-912-1541, with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards accepted with a service fee.
