William J. Kemble is reporting in the Daily Freeman the members of the Catskill Town Board have agreed to seek bids to clean up the former Friar Tuck resort in Kiskatom. The measure was approved following a public hearing that drew no comments. Town Code Enforcement Officer John Cashin said the violations by property owner L&H Resort Systems include failing to remove items taken from rooms following flooding from Tropical Storm Irene in August 2011.
