In the new 19th Congressional District which now stretches past Binghamton, Democrats Josh Riley and Jamie Cheney are competing to take on Republican Marc Molinaro. And in the 18th Congressional District, Democrats Pat Ryan, Moses Mugulusi, and Aisha Mills compete to take on Republican Colin Schmitt in November.
