Tonight, more rain and snow this evening turning to all snow overnight. Low 32F. Winds NE at 10 to 20 mph. 3 to 5 inches of snow expected. more in higher elevations. Tomorrow, snow during the morning will give way to lingering snow showers during the afternoon. Temps nearly steady in the mid 30s. Winds NW at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 90%. 3 to 5 inches of snow expected and, again, more in the Catskills, Taconics, and foothills for each.
