The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for east central New York, effective Tues., Feb. 18. One to four inches of snow is expected Tuesday as a fast-moving storm system moves across the region.
Today: Periods of snow, mainly before 5 p.m. High near 33. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. Total daytime snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible. Tuesday night, a chance of snow before 7 p.m. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly clear. Low around 21. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Wednesday: A chance of snow showers before 2 p.m. and noon, then rain and snow showers likely. Mostly cloudy. High near 39.
