The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a Special Weather Statement for Columbia, Dutchess, eastern Greene and eastern Ulster counties. Snow will continue early this morning across the Mid-Hudson Valley. The snow will reduce visibility to less than a mile at times. Snow accumulations of a coating are expected, with up to an inch possible. Travel conditions will be slippery in some areas. Please exercise caution.
