The Saugerties Lighthouse reports that for the past few days, water temperature at Piermont Pier has been fluctuating between 48 and 55 degrees. Upriver at Norrie Point, water temperature is a couple of degrees cooler, between 45 and 52 degrees.

WRGB reports that police recovered the body of 25-year-old Christian Rohr from the Hudson River, near the Albany Yacht Club last weekend. Officials say the man fell into the water in the Poestenkill Gorge while hiking on February 25.
