The community is invited to dig into the Oakdale Rewilding Project in Hudson, increasing resiliency through community and ecological restoration along the trail at Oakdale Park. Volunteers will help revitalize the ecosystem of this urban forest by helping to plant 100 beneficial trees. Tools, food, and childcare are provided. Participants are asked to gather at 10:30 a.m. n the main parking lot for information about the day's project. Trail work begins at 11 a.m. and continues until 1 p.m. Anyone arriving after 11 a.m. is asked to check-in at the main parking lot pavilion. Information at cityofhudson.org.
