The opening reception for a show of Fern Apfel paintings at the Chatham Bookstore. Apfel, from Kinderhook, paints portraits of objects and has work that has been featured in SUNY University Art Museum, Shaker Museum and Library, and more. The exhibit runs from June 7- July 28.
