Pancake breakfast and a tour of the maple operation at The Farm at Miller’s Crossing. The breakfast is being prepared by St. Peter’s Presbyterian Church in Spencertown, and all proceeds from the breakfast go to the church. Three free tours of the maple operation will be conducted by Justin Vergottini-Wexler, who will provide history about the first people who tapped maple trees. Participants will also learn about maple collection, and boiling of the sap.
