Intro to Aerial Arts for teens and adults at the Morris Memorial in Chatham. Explore the conditioning and technique basic to all aerial apparatus. Utilizing core strength builders and upper body strengthening moves, we’ll also incorporate the vocabulary of movement for static (non-flying) trapeze and Lyra.
