This month’s program features local poet-activist-journalist-musician Sparrow. Sparrow has published numerous books, including The Princeton Diary, How to Survive the Coming Collapse of Civilization (And Other Helpful Hints), and America: A Prophecy: The Sparrow Reader. He is a frequent contributor to Chronogram and The Sun, was part of The Unbearables poetry collective, and continues to perform with the band Foamola. 

Blending words and sounds, bringing to the airwaves live performances as well as field and studio recordings by writers the host has crossed paths with over the course of a quarter century.
