The Affordable Housing Hudson citizens’ action group held a forum on the subject May 25 at the Hudson Area Library. Jason O'Toole, a local real estate broker and director of property management for the Galvan Initiatives Foundation said the group will create between 20 and 25 affordable one- or two-bedroom units per year for the next three years. Others at the forum questioned O'Toole over accusations that Galvan "warehouses" properties.
