In this special broadcast, an interview with dancer, choreographer and author Twyla Tharp. Tharp and her ensemble of dancers have been in residence at the Catskill Mountain Foundation through the summer. In this conversation, recorded Sat., Sep. 2, at the Red Barn in Hunter, Tharp discussed her career, how dance has changed and her ideas about many other, very interesting things. She also talked about "The Fugue," a new work, "Dylan Love Songs," and works-in-progress, all scheduled to be presented Sat., Sep. 9, at the Orpheum Film and Performing Arts Center in Tannersville.
