In the second hour of the broadcast, Darin Johnson, co-founder of Sensible Solar for Rural New York, will join host Tom Roe to discuss the latest project updates on the status of Illinois-based Hecate Energy’s proposed 360-acre solar facility planned for Copake, NY. Sensible Solar is actively engaged in pushing back against the industrial-scale solar development. Also, WOOC's McKenna Conners speaks with Richard Ring, botanist and ornithologist, about the wonders of and how one can preserve the biodiversity of the American Northeast
