Charter/Spectrum sets up temporary store in Chatham

Patti Matheney Schrom is reporting for the Ghent Community Action Network and Connect Columbia internet provider Spectrum has established a temporary local location in the village of Chatham. Beginning July 23, new and existing Spectrum/Charter customers are able to visit the company's temporary store, located in the Blue Seal Feeds building at 90 Hudson Avenue. Customers can establish new service, and swap or return equipment at that location. Of note: only credit card and check transactions are permitted. The store will be open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday; and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Saturday, until Wed., Aug. 1. Schrom writes that upgraded broadband service will be available "on or after July 24." Further information is available by calling (833) 856-0704.
