Stockwell talks about community radio around the world from Tunisia

The 4th edition of the World Forum of Free Media (WFFM) is from March 22-28, at the El Manar University in Tunis. The World Forum of Free Media was born as part of the World Social Forum. Bloggers, radio activists, journalists, developers, hackers, academics, and independent researchers gather at the conference to discuss issues related to community media, and access. The WFFM begins two days before the World Social Forum, which convenes from March 24-28, and continues for the duration of that event.
