Jamie Larson reports in the Register Star the Hudson Valley Creamery is expected to begin distributing European goat cheese from a former cold story facility in Livingston later this month. At a special meeting Wed., Feb. 15, the Livingston Planning Board approved the Creamery's site plan for the facility, located at 2986 Route 9. The product will be shipped in bulk from Europe to Columbia County, where workers will portion and repackage the cheese for nationwide distribution.
