Maybelle's expands in Catskill

The restaurant opened recently on Main St. in the village, and on Dec. 11 expanded its breakfasts and lunches to dinner too. Maybelle's is the second venture by owner Jamie Parry, who runs Another Fork In the Road in Milan. Several other restaurants have recently opened in Catskill, and a food truck has rolled into town.
