Hudson considers three pay raises
Sep 13, 2018 11:03 am
Amanda Purcell in Columbia-Greene Media reports that the Hudson Common Council votes on raises for three employees at its Sept. 18 meeting. “I think all three [raises] are merited,” Hudson Mayor Rick Rector said. “The city has changed a lot. So it should have been done last year. It is time to be as fair as we possibly can to everyone that deserves it without breaking the bank.” If passed, City Treasurer Heather Campbell’s salary would increase by $14,854 to $75,000; City Clerk Tracy Delaney’s salary would increase by $4,156.36 to $75,000; and City Code Enforcement Officer Craig Haigh’s salary would increase by $6,784 to $55,000. The vote on the raises will be at 7 p.m., Sept 18 at the Hudson Area Library, 51 N. Fifth St. Read the full story at HudsonValley360.com.
