This year, just one state of the state
Dec 07, 2017 2:53 pm
Liz Young reports in the Albany Business Review that instead of six speeches all over the state, Gov. Andrew Cuomo will give just one State of the State address this year, at 1 p.m. Jan. 3 at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center in Albany. Last year, Cuomo skipped normal protocol with multiple speeches, and heard criticism for the move. New York residents can register to attend the 2018 State of the State address at a link to the governor's website on the WGXC Newsroom.
