Jordan Carleo-Evangelist is reporting at Capitol Confidential Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo's fourth State of the State address will be held Jan. 8 in the Empire State Plaza Convention Center. The governor is expected to lay out his legislative agenda for the coming year at that time. The registration period goes from Mon., Dec. 23 through 5 p.m., Mon., Dec. 30. Guests will be notified of their selection via email by Mon., Jan. 6.
