He wrote: "Several Resolutions were discussed: An application for a tree inventory grant, described by Hilary Hillman; paying the last $2,000 of a $140 K grant to GAR Assoc. for its work on re-evaluating Hudson's real property assessments; accepting a $100,000 grant to study truck traffic in Hudson; complying with the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act; imposing a nine-month moratorium on short term rentals in Hudson."
