The New York State Thruway Authority is renovating the New Baltimore Travel Plaza, located on Interstate 87 southbound, and fuel will not be available there beginning Tuesday, March 22, because of the work there. The renovation project is slated for completion in late April. The New Baltimore Travel Plaza, at milepost 127, services both northbound and southbound motorists along I-87 between Exit 21A (I-90 East, Massachusetts Turnpike) and Interchange 21B (Coxsackie, Route 81, Route 9W). Only the southbound Travel Plaza will suspend fuel services during the construction. Fuel services will remain available at the New Baltimore Travel Plaza on northbound I-87.
