Metro-North resumes most service

Mid-Hudson News reports that Metro-North Railroad service returned mostly to normal July 13, after several days of cancellations and delays after storms wreaked havoc locally July 9 and 10. Metro-North Railroad President and LIRR Interim President Catherine Rinaldi said, “The damage to the Hudson Line and Wassaic Branch caused by Sunday’s storm resembled the aftermath of Hurricane Ida, so to be able to get service back in three days is remarkable."
