The National Weather Service in Albany reports that November 2017 was the fifth-driest in recorded history for Albany and Poughkeepsie. Less than an inch of rain fell in both cities last month. Temperatures averaged 39.2 in Albany and 39.9 in Poughkeepsie, slightly below average in both cities.
